What is an enamel mug?
A 12 oz (350 ml) steel mug coated in white enamel, with a rolled steel rim: the classic camping mug. It is 8.6 cm across and 8 cm tall, light and hard to break.
Where does the design go?
On a band 5.6 cm high that runs round about two-thirds of the mug, centred opposite the handle. The handle side is left white.
Can it go in the microwave or dishwasher?
Not in the microwave: it is metal. Hand washing keeps the print at its best; avoid scouring pads.
Can I take it camping?
Yes, that is what it is made for. Enamel over steel takes knocks that would chip a ceramic mug, and it is light in a backpack.
How many photos fit on it?
Up to eight, but the band is narrow, so one or two photos with a short name or date look best. The editor warns when photos get small.
How long does delivery take?
Your mug is printed close to you: in the Netherlands, the UK, the US, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the Czech Republic, and in Australia for Australian orders. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days; the exact time and cost for your country are shown before you pay.
