What is a framed canvas?
It is a canvas print mounted in a solid wood frame. The canvas is stretched and printed as usual, then set inside a floating frame, so it arrives finished and ready to hang.
What does a floating frame look like?
The canvas sits inside the frame with a slim gap all round, so it seems to float in front of the frame rather than being held by it. Nothing is covered: the whole print stays visible.
Which frame colours can I choose?
Black, natural wood (a light oak tone) and dark wood (a walnut tone). All three are solid wood. You pick the colour in the configurator, and you can see it in the 3D preview before you order.
How big is the frame?
The frame is 42 mm deep and 14 mm wide at the front. It sits around the print, so a 40×60 cm framed canvas shows the full 40×60 cm of your design.
Which sizes are available?
Portrait and landscape from 20×25 cm up to 60×90 cm, plus square 30×30 and 60×60 cm. Prices for every size are shown in the configurator.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. Your framed canvas arrives with the hanging hardware already fitted, so it can go straight on the wall.
Can I use several photos or add text?
Yes. A framed canvas can hold one photo or a whole collage, with names, dates or a quote. Describe what you want and the AI designs the layout for you.
How long does delivery take?
We print close to you: in the Netherlands, the UK, the US and Canada, from Germany for the rest of Europe and from New Zealand for Australia. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days; the exact time and cost for your country are shown before you pay.
