How warm is the sweatshirt?
Warm: it's a Gildan 18000, a heavy blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, brushed soft on the inside, with ribbed cuffs and waistband. Much warmer than a t-shirt; a hoodie adds a hood and a pocket.
Can I print on the back too?
Yes. The front print is included in the price; a print on the back as well costs a small extra, shown next to the back in the editor and on the product page. A back-only sweatshirt costs the same as a front-only one. Leave the back empty and it isn't printed or charged.
How large can my photo be printed?
Up to 30.5 × 40.6 cm (12 × 16 in) on the front and on the back, on every size. Use a sharp photo: the editor warns you when a photo is too small for its printed size.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out and wash it at 30 °C (cold) with similar colours. Don't tumble dry it hot and never iron directly on the print; iron on the reverse side if you need to. Treated like that, the print lasts for years.
DTG or DTF: which should I choose?
DTG prints the ink into the fabric: soft, at its best on white and light colours. DTF presses a thin, smooth film onto the fabric: vivid colours and crisp edges, at its best on dark and heather colours. We recommend one for each colour, and you can always choose the other.
Which size should I order, and can I return it?
The fit is relaxed and unisex. Lay a similar garment that fits you well flat, measure the length, the chest and the sleeve, and compare with the size chart on this page or in the editor. Every piece is printed just for you, so a wrong size can't be returned; if something is wrong with the print or the garment itself, contact us and we'll put it right.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is printed to order by a partner printer near you, usually within a few days, and then shipped. The delivery time for your country is shown at checkout.
