How warm is the hoodie?
Warm: it's a Gildan 18500, a heavy blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, brushed soft on the inside, with a double-lined hood and a front pouch pocket. Warmer than a sweatshirt thanks to the hood.
Why is the front print square?
The front print sits on the chest, above the pouch pocket: 30.5 × 30.5 cm (12 × 12 in), the same on every size. A photo can't run over the pocket, so the editor shows the front as a square.
Does the hood cover a print on the back?
When the hood hangs down, its bottom covers about 7 cm of the top of the back print at the centre, and less towards the sides. That part still prints, it's just often hidden, so the editor shades it and puts photos just below it. The back print is 30.5 × 40.6 cm.
Can I print on the back too?
Yes. The front print is included in the price; a print on the back as well costs a small extra, shown next to the back in the editor and on the product page. Leave the back empty and it isn't printed or charged.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out and wash it at 30 °C (cold) with similar colours. Don't tumble dry it hot and never iron directly on the print; iron on the reverse side if you need to. Treated like that, the print lasts for years.
DTG or DTF: which should I choose?
DTG prints the ink into the fabric: soft, at its best on white and light colours. DTF presses a thin, smooth film onto the fabric: vivid colours and crisp edges, at its best on dark and heather colours. We recommend one for each colour, and you can always choose the other.
Which size should I order, and can I return it?
The fit is relaxed and unisex. Lay a similar garment that fits you well flat, measure the length, the chest and the sleeve, and compare with the size chart on this page or in the editor. Every piece is printed just for you, so a wrong size can't be returned; if something is wrong with the print or the garment itself, contact us and we'll put it right.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is printed to order by a partner printer near you, usually within a few days, and then shipped. The delivery time for your country is shown at checkout.
