Grouped by town, not by date
Lisbon, Sintra, Lagos, Porto. The AI works out where each photo belongs and keeps the towns apart, so the drive reads as a journey instead of a folder.
The names you half-remember
Every spread can carry the town, the beach or the miradouro by name, so you are not reconstructing the route from memory a year later.
Coastline across a full spread
The Algarve cliffs and the Douro valley run edge to edge on lay-flat pages, with no gutter cutting the horizon in half.

Portugal photo book questions
Everything worth knowing first.
Can you make a photo book about one specific destination?
That is exactly what this is for. Name the place — Portugal, Santorini, New York, a Mediterranean cruise — and the book is built around it: photos grouped by location, a chapter break each time you moved on, and captions carrying the real place names.
Is the cover really drawn for my destination?
Yes, and it is not a template. Search the place you went and we illustrate three original covers for it, drawn from that destination's own landmarks and colours. Pick the one you like and your book starts from it.
Which destinations can I make a book about?
Any place you can search for: a country, a city, an island, a region or a national park. Portugal, Santorini, Iceland, the Amalfi Coast, Japan, New York. If it has a name on a map, we can draw it.
How do I organise photos from a long trip?
Split by destination or by week. Describe how you would naturally tell it — 'we started in Lisbon, then drove south to the Algarve' — and the AI structures the book that way.
Can I include a map or itinerary page?
Yes. Ask for a route overview or an itinerary page and the AI designs one, with destination names, dates and any details you want on it.
What paper and binding suits a destination book?
Lay-flat binding. Coastlines, skylines and mountain passes run across a full double page with no crease down the middle. Hardcover with lay-flat pages is our most popular choice for these books.
How many pages should it be?
For a week away, 40–60 pages is typical. For a longer or multi-stop trip, 60–80 gives it room. The AI suggests a length once it sees how many photos you have.
Can I make a book about a trip I took years ago?
Yes. Plenty of these books are made from photos that have been sitting on a hard drive for years. The AI works with whatever you have.
A photo book for the Portugal trip you keep describing
A Portugal trip is rarely one place. Most people fly into Lisbon, drive south to the Algarve or north to Porto and the Douro, and come home with photographs from five or six towns in a single folder. A Portugal photo book puts those towns back in order, so the tiled streets, the cliffs and the river valley stay distinguishable instead of merging into one week.
Describe the route and our AI groups the photos by place, captions them with the real town and beach names, and lays coastline across full lay-flat spreads. The cover is drawn for Portugal specifically rather than picked from a template, and the finished book is printed hardcover and posted to you.
